Each year, this highly anticipated event brings our operator members to Washington, D.C. to discuss critical issues with their U.S. representatives and senators. Our legislative team sets up the appointments, provides issue briefings and any issue papers that may be needed, and accompanies the members on their visits. 

Tuesday, May 21

3:30pm - 4:30pm: Briefing on the issues and what to expect

5:00pm - 7:00pm: Networking: Hawk & Dove (329 Pennsylvania Ave. SE) 

6:00pm - 8:00pm: PAC Dinner (invitation only) at the Capitol Hill Club

Hotel: You can make your hotel reservation to arrive May 21 and depart May 23 at our host hotel, the Capitol Hill Hotel. The cutoff date for making a room reservation is April 22, 2024 or sooner if the room block sells out. TTA’s room block includes the hotel’s buffet breakfast each morning.
