Ted St. John, Founder & CEO, Hope Town - Ted St. John is the CEO of Hope Town, Inc. and dedicated to advancing recovery and community well-being. With more than a decade of experience in substance use disorder treatment and leadership roles across organizations such as the Portage County Substance Abuse Coalition, Ohio Recovery Housing, and the OneOhio Recovery Foundation, he brings deep expertise and unwavering commitment to those he serves. A U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime community advocate, Ted continues to drive positive change through service, leadership, and collaboration.
Tom Sikkema, Founder & CEO, Ride Your Way- As the founder of Ride YourWay, I’m driven by a commitment to make healthcare accessible, reliable, and compassionate for everyone who needs it. With a background in nursing and personal experience as a survivor of pediatric brain cancer, I’ve witnessed firsthand the gaps in our healthcare system, especially for vulnerable populations. This inspired me to create Ride YourWay—a company dedicated to raising the standard of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
Ali Alkaledy, Founder & CEO, Astra Care- Ali leads a team committed to dignity, compassion, and reliability in non-emergency medical transportation. He goes the extra mile when the systems fall short. Fluent in Arabic, Spanish, Polish, and English, He brings a global perspective and the ability to connect with diverse communities, enhancing engagement and communication across cultures.
